By placing an order with Jeni's Custom Prints, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 
Custom Orders
​

Most products offered by Jeni's Custom Prints are made specifically for each customer.

Because of this:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Personalized products are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
     

Embroidery Policy
​

Embroidery is a custom production process.

​

Please review the following carefully:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, text, logos, and embroidery instructions.

  • Digital proofs should be reviewed carefully before approval.

  • Once embroidery begins, changes cannot be made.

  • Minor variations in thread placement, stitch count, or color tone may occur and are considered normal.

  • Colors displayed on digital screens may differ slightly from actual thread colors.
     

Custom embroidered items are not eligible for return due to customer-approved design choices.

Artwork & Customer Responsibility
​

Customers confirm they have permission to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, or graphics submitted for production.

​

Jeni's Custom Prints is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided artwork.

Production Times
​

Production times vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Quantity ordered

  • Customization requirements

  • Seasonal demand
     

Estimated production times are not guaranteed and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

 
Shipping
​

Shipping times begin after production is completed.

​

Jeni's Custom Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Pricing
​

Prices are subject to change without notice.

​

Quotes remain valid only for the period specified at the time they are issued.

Limitation of Liability
​

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
